Striving for progress while honoring the emirate’s rich cultural heritage, BIDC serves as the investment and development arm of the Baniyas Sports and Cultural Club, focusing on investment, development, and management of real estate projects. The company currently boasts a diverse portfolio of opportunities and has several projects in the pipeline, ranging from master-planned communities to residential and commercial towers across the United Arab Emirates.
