The partnership combines Royal Lounge Properties’ expertise in luxury real estate advisory and investment consultancy with Serenity Sands Holiday Homes’ experience in premium short-term rental management and hospitality operations.
Under the agreement, Royal Lounge Properties will introduce property investors interested in holiday home and short-term rental opportunities to Serenity Sands Holiday Homes for professional property management and operational services.
