The Blue Visa is a long-term residency program aimed at sustainability pioneers who actively support environmental conservation. Whether through groundbreaking research, innovative sustainability projects, or significant contributions to marine and land ecosystems, this visa offers a decade-long residency to those making a difference.
The Blue Visa is the latest addition to the UAE’s long-term residency programs, joining the Golden Visa and Green Visa in offering stability to high-achieving individuals. It reflects the UAE’s commitment to environmental innovation and aligns with its broader sustainability goals.

3. Air quality improvement
4. Sustainability technology advancements
In its initial phase, the UAE will grant 20 sustainability leaders and innovators the first-ever Blue Visas. These pioneers will set the stage for future environmental advocates who wish to call the UAE their home while continuing their sustainability efforts.
The Blue Visa is the latest in a series of UAE residency programs aimed at attracting top-tier talent:
* Golden Visa (10 years) – For investors, entrepreneurs, scientists, and exceptional students.
