Arada Development - Properties and Communities
In early 2020, Arada was honoured to welcome HH Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to open Madar at Aljada, the first part of the megaproject to be completed and handed over. Following the lockdown period, Arada focused heavily on construction at both of its projects, and succeeded in handing over the first phase of Nasma Residences by the end of the year. At Aljada, Arada launched the Naseej District and the Vida Residences Aljada, both components of a new creative neighbourhood for Sharjah, by the end of the year.
Arada started the year with the news that the first homes in Aljada had been completed, as part of a programme that will see hundreds of units handed over during 2021. At the end of January, Arada also launched its third community, Masaar. An upscale forested community located in Suyoh, the first homes in Masaar are scheduled to be completed in 2022. During the year, Arada also opened Nasma Central, a new lifestyle hub for the Nasma Residences community.
