Each villa also includes designated space and provision for a private swimming pool, subject to community guidelines and approvals.

Buyers can choose between Contemporary Arabic and Modernist exterior styles, allowing the community to maintain a consistent identity while offering visual variation between homes.

The 2.3 km Climate-Controlled Spine
One of the most distinctive features of Wadeem Gardens is the planned 2.3 km climate-controlled spine.
This covered and temperature-controlled connection is designed to link key destinations across the district, including residential areas, retail, workplaces, education, entertainment and community facilities.
The concept allows residents to move between different parts of Wadeem Gardens more comfortably throughout the year.
Financing and Off Plan Mortgage
Wadeem Gardens buyers may apply for financing through Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, subject to standard credit assessment and eligibility requirements.
Buyers do not need to be existing ADIB customers to apply.
Properties may also be resold before handover once at least 20% of the total purchase price has been paid, subject to the project’s resale requirements and applicable developer conditions.
